Regenerating soil. Rethinking waste.
ReGen Agro Industries is a Sydney-based company bringing proven organic-waste-to-fertiliser technology to Australian councils, waste managers, farms and vineyards.
Our story
ReGen was built on a simple idea: the organic waste we bury is the soil fertility we buy back.
Our partners help farmers in the Philippines become more productive, efficient and sustainable — combining reliable machinery with science-based soil and plant health solutions. Their work shows that organic waste, properly processed, can become a fertiliser that rebuilds soil and lifts yields.
ReGen Agro Industries brings that system to Australia: the equipment, the biology and the process, adapted for Australian waste streams, farms and regulations.
Mission & vision

To turn organic waste into living soil — helping communities landfill less and farmers grow more.
